What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping methods are different and may vary depending on the product. During the checkout process you can see the possible shipping methods and choose between them.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
The indication of how long the delivery time is, you can find on the product page. But usually the shipping is 3 to 7 business days maximum. Outside Germany shipping is also possible.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive a tracking number from us that you can enter with the respective shipping service provider and with which you can easily track your order. In addition, you can enter your order number on “Track order” and also view your order status here.
